These guidelines are for anyone creating written content at Babylon.

It's to help us speak with one voice and to bring consistency across every content type, whether that's an error message, blog post, tweet or billboard headline.

It covers an overview of our style and tone as well as the spelling and grammar rules that we follow.

❗️ Please note that this guide is UK-specific (using UK spelling, words and phrases) and mainly focuses on user-facing (front-end) content, although many of the guidelines apply to internal comms too.
